In my artwork "Keep on Running," I redrew David Martinez from Cyberpunk Edgerunners as me. Cyberpunk Edgerunners, an animation on Netflix, is by far my favorite show and I wanted to signify that in my painting. This show is important to me because of the artstyle and the story behind it. It sort of inspires me to think in different perspectives​. I used a combination of paint and paint markers to create the main subject. For the background, black and green spray paint was applied for a textured look. Additionally, paint markers were used to ​w​rite the text. Lastly, the 3D model on the subject's spine was a 3D printed model that I created. One of the hardest challenges involved putting lights in the model. The process consisted of soldering and wiring which was a first for me. Although this was the most difficult part, this part of my project stood out the most to me. I want people to see the 3D model that I made because this and video editing is what I love doing. The reason for the text in the background was not only a quote from the show, but an encouragement to not give up, and keep on doing what you do best.
